We run one exhibition a year, which can attract more than 600 visitors who vote for their favourite art work in the “People’s Choice” and many sales are made. We are proud of the reputation our exhibitions have earned.

Please read the following information carefully
- Handing in of artwork is on Thursday 23rd May between 4.30pm and 6pm. On arrival at the hall, please unwrap your artwork and attach the AVA Exhibition labels, which will be there ready for you. The “hanging committee” will spend most of Friday hanging your work. If your artwork is to be hung please make sure that each piece has “D” rings and cord/wire. If it is not adequately strung, it will not be hung. Please also ensure that you label each piece with your name, title and price, as an extra precaution!
- Collection day will be on Wednesday 29th May from 4.30pm to 5pm and NOT before. All works are at the artist’s own risk. AVA will take no responsibility for any items that are damaged or stolen.
- Sale of work: Cash is always preferred but the artists will carry the risk if cheques are not honoured. A donation of 20% from any sales would be much appreciated.
- Volunteers required to steward during the exhibition. If you can manage a few hours please phone Jo on 302798 or circle YES on entry form. Thank you.
